GREAT LAKES CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL CLUB ETHICAL GUIDELINES FOR MEMBERS Part A: General The purpose of these ethical guidelines is to improve and protect the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and to promote good sportsmanship between club members and Cavalier owners.
